Romanian Teilor Group Secures €115 Million Syndicated Loan

Romanian entrepreneurial group Teilor Holding, which operates the luxury jewellery brands TEILOR, DAAR, JANINE and MoneyGold as well as financial‑services activities, has arranged a syndicated financing facility of up to €115 million.

The loan was coordinated by UniCredit Bank, acting as Coordinating Mandate Lead Arranger and Bookrunner, with ING Bank Romania serving as Mandated Lead Arranger and Original Lender. Legal advice was provided by Filip & Company. Daniel Sava, Head of Advisory & Financing at UniCredit, said the transaction “highlights UniCredit’s ability to provide entrepreneurial companies with complex and scalable financing structures”.

The financing will be used to refinance existing facilities, fund new investments and provide revolving credit lines to support the group's development strategy, including expansion of its commercial presence and strengthening capacity to meet market demand. Teilor reported 2025 consolidated turnover of RON 667.4 million (€133 million), a 28 % year‑on‑year increase, EBITDA up 59 % to RON 131.6 million and net profit of RON 66.9 million, a 998 % rise from the prior year.
