The systematic property registration program aims to identify, measure and record all real‑estate parcels in a unified cadastral and land‑registry system. New field measurements often reveal differences from existing titles because older documents were based on less precise methods, outdated surveys or informal boundary changes such as fences and access roads.

Owners who are temporarily absent or residing abroad are advised to submit relevant documents and, if possible, appoint a trusted local representative. Coordination with the municipality and cadastral teams helps reconcile field data with legal records and minimise inconsistencies.
