Romano Floriani Mussolini nears Lazio contract renewal until 2030

Lazio is reportedly preparing to meet with the Pastorello Group to finalize a contract extension for Romano Floriani Mussolini through 2030. The proposed agreement, which may be ratified as early as next week, includes a significant salary increase that could quadruple his current earnings of approximately 150,000 euros per season.

The 2003-born player has recently secured more playing time within the first team following a series of loans across different categories. Former youth coaches Stefano Sanderra and Leonardo Menichini have praised his development, describing him as a determined leader and a complete full-back with the potential to reach the national team.

Floriani Mussolini joined the Lazio youth system in 2016. After facing challenges regarding playing time in 2018, a loan spell at Vigor Perconti proved pivotal in his professional growth and eventual return to the club's senior squad.
