Rome hosts AI ethics conference and art exhibition on conscience and resilience

On 15 June 2026, Don Vito Impellizzeri, dean of the Faculty of Theology of Sicily in Palermo, addressed the conference “From artificial intelligence to future leadership: governing innovation, valuing people” in Rome. Organized by Assidipost‑Federmanager, the event urged managers to retain conscience as a boundary and to prioritize the common good in the age of AI.

A week later, on 23 June, the Communication HUB “Open Space” of the National Council of Engineers in Rome presented “Anima e colore”, an exhibition by international painter Roberta Coni. The showcase highlighted her portrait work, her participation in the 54th Venice Biennale, and the symbolic use of a turban—originally worn during her cancer treatment—to convey dignity and resilience.

Both events reflect Rome’s focus on cultural and ethical discourse, linking technological leadership with artistic expression.
