Rome Conservatory Diotaiuti Opens Enrollment; Civitanova Music Rehearsal Room Reopens

The Conservatorio Teatro di G. B. Diotaiuti in Rome announced that admissions for the 2026‑2027 academic year are now open to candidates aged 16 and over. Auditions will be held on 16 and 18 September 2025, and applicants must present a five‑minute monologue. Contact information and the schedule of classes, running from October 2026 to June 2027, were provided.

After three years of renovation, the municipal rehearsal hall in Civitanova Alta reopened on 3 August 2026. Housed within the Enrico Cecchetti school of acting, the facility now offers hourly rentals at €5 and online booking. Local youth policy assessor Roberto Pantella said the delay ensured that safety standards were met before opening to the public. A technical inspection conducted with local musicians confirmed the hall’s readiness for use.

Both initiatives aim to broaden access to music and performing‑arts education for young people in Italy.
