Rome hosts conferences on stakeholder engagement and social cohesion
Two distinct events in Rome will focus on the importance of listening, transparency, and relational skills in organizational and social development.
On October 28, the Oscar di Bilancio 2026 roadshow will convene at the Auditorium Deloitte. Promoted by FERPI, Borsa Italiana, and Bocconi University, the session titled “Trust as Infrastructure of the Twin Transition” will examine how digital and sustainable transformations rely on stakeholder engagement and transparent reporting to build trust between organizations and their territories.
On November 4, the I3C (Istituto Counselling Centrato sul Cliente) will host the “Human Factor” conference at Villa Altieri. This event marks the national launch of the Institute and will explore the role of professional listening and relational competencies in education, labor, and social cohesion. The conference aims to address how recognizing human needs can improve outcomes in educational, professional, and community contexts.
