Rome hosts diverse contemporary art exhibitions in September

Rome will host two distinct contemporary art exhibitions in September 2026.

Galleria Studio CiCo will present ‘MIXER’, an international collective exhibition running from September 14 to 28. Curated by Cinzia Cotellessa and Elena Pietrangeli, the show features fifteen artists utilizing diverse mediums including painting, sculpture, photography, and experimental techniques. The event aims to foster creative freedom and dialogue through diverse artistic languages.

In the Trastevere district, NIJI InGalleria and Metropolitan Magazine are launching ‘POPVERSE EXHIBITION’ from September 17 to 28. This project focuses on the intersection of contemporary art, pop imagery, and manga culture. Designed as a recurring monthly event, POPVERSE seeks to blend art with social experiences, integrating music and a concept bar into the gallery setting.
