Rome hosts national premiere of Identikit Poetico performance

The interdisciplinary performance “Identikit Poetico – Tutto con il cuore” is scheduled for a national premiere on Saturday, September 19, at 19:30 at the Casa della Cultura in Rome’s Municipio VII, located within Villa Lazzaroni. Sponsored by Municipio VII, the event is free to the public until capacity is reached.

The production is a scenic score combining poetry, live music, and storytelling. It is based on the poetry of Maria Cuono, a journalist and writer, and features creative direction and dramaturgy by Claudia Cotti Zelati. The performance integrates various artistic languages, including cinema, sculpture, and contemporary memory, to expand upon Cuono’s poetic verses.

For Cuono, the event serves as a personal and artistic return to Rome following recent public disputes regarding the educational system. The performance will feature live musical accompaniment by Graziano Piazza Bellini on vocals and Maurizio Di Francesco on piano.
