Rome hosts upcoming poetry, music, and art therapy cultural events

Rome is hosting two distinct cultural events in early October 2026. At Teatrosophia, Gianni De Feo will present ‘Senza fine. Quando i poeti cantano’ from October 1 to 4. The performance explores the intersection of poetry and song, tracing a journey from the cabaret culture of Berlin—featuring the works of Bertolt Brecht, Marlene Dietrich, and Kurt Weill—to the Italian tradition of singer-poets such as Fabrizio De André.

Additionally, the documentary ‘Diario di un’artista’, directed by Gabriel Cash, will be presented on October 5 at Roma Tre University. The film examines the relationship between creativity, personal experience, and transformation through the lens of contemporary art and art therapy. It features contributions from various artists and includes an interview with art market expert Antonio De Crescenzo, focusing on how painting, music, ceramics, and performance serve as tools for expressing complex human emotions.
