Rome offers free training for tax and social security operators

Enrollment is open for a free 200-hour training course in Rome to become a CAF and Patronato operator, specializing in tax and social security assistance. Organized by Talentform, the program is part of the Lazio Region’s GOL (Garanzia Occupabilità Lavoratori) initiative, which aims to support unemployed individuals, youth, and workers over 55.

The course utilizes a hybrid learning model, with 50% of lessons held in person at the Talentform headquarters and 50% conducted via virtual classrooms. Scheduled to begin around September 8, 2026, the curriculum covers essential technical skills, including the compilation of income tax returns (730 model), pension applications, disability claims, and NASPI benefits.

This training responds to a growing demand for specialized assistance, noting that single substitute declarations (DSU) rose from approximately 6 million in 2016 to 11 million by 2025.
