Rome outskirts to host “We Have a Dream” constitutional arts project

The multidisciplinary project “We Have a Dream” will take place across the northwestern outskirts of Rome, from Primavalle to Bastogi, between September 11 and December 5, 2026. The initiative aims to explore the values of the Italian Constitution through art, marking eighty years since the establishment of the Constituent Assembly.

Supported by the Ministry of Culture and Roma Capitale, the program includes thirty-two free appointments, such as live performances, readings, and choral workshops for youth. The project involves various public institutions and third-sector organizations, including ASL Roma 1 and the Cornelia Library. Artistic director Federica Mancini noted that the project seeks to connect neighborhoods through a “workshop of art” to honor the women who contributed to the Constitution.
