Rome readies Stella Polare stadium, seeks Oasis, Harry Styles concerts

Alessandro Onorato, Rome's assessor for sport and major events, said the city is waiting for possible concerts by the British band Oasis and pop star Harry Styles. He explained that securing such high‑profile shows is complex and that no decision has yet been made.

Onorato also announced that construction will begin in the coming days on the Stella Polare stadium in Ostia, a public venue intended for Serie C football. The project is funded by the municipality and follows other recent initiatives to expand Rome's sports infrastructure, including work on the Lazio stadium and upgrades at Tor Vergata.
