Rome to Host 2026 Youth European Lifesaving Championships

The 2026 Youth European Lifesaving Championships will take place in Rome from 27 – 29 July at the Stadio del Nuoto. Italy has announced a 12‑athlete squad and support staff for the home event, which will feature pool races across all lifesaving disciplines.

The championships form the first stage of a two‑stage competition, with ocean and beach races scheduled in Ireland from 3 – 6 September, completing the youth lifesaving series for the year.
