Rome to Host 25th Premio Fabrizio De André Parla Musica Finals in September

The 25th edition of the Premio Fabrizio De André Parla Musica will conclude with its final ceremony on 18‑19 September 2024 in the park of Villa Bonelli, Rome (Via Camillo Montalcini 1). The event, organized by iCompany and artistically directed by Luisa Melis, is sponsored by the Fondazione Fabrizio De André ETS and supported by the Rome City Culture Department, the Municipal Cultural Coordination, and the Municipality of Rome XI.

Admission is free and open to the public. The program will feature the winners of the Targa Faber and the Targa Quelli (awards for reinterpretations of De André’s songs), as well as the champions of the poetry and painting sections and the finalists of the music category. The award celebrates new Italian artistic productions across music, poetry and visual arts and aims to strengthen ties with the local community.

The ceremony follows a two‑year period in which the final stage was held at Piazza Fabrizio De André in the Magliana district, which is currently undergoing redevelopment. This year’s relocation to Villa Bonelli ensures continuity while highlighting the neighbourhood’s cultural renewal.
