Romeo Beckham stars in upcoming tennis drama ‘Forty Love’

StudioCanal has released new imagery from the upcoming French queer tennis drama, ‘Forty Love’, marking the acting debut of Romeo Beckham. The film stars Beckham alongside Paul Kircher, who portrays Sacha Gallo, a 21-year-old tennis player striving for his first major title in Paris under the guidance of his demanding father.

Beckham plays a charismatic rival whose arrival disrupts Sacha’s disciplined professional life, introducing themes of intimacy and identity within the high-pressure world of professional tennis. The production features a cast including Guillaume Canet, Benjamin Voisin, and Catherine Deneuve.

Directed by fashion photographer Pierre-Ange Carlotti in his feature film debut, the movie is noted for its polished visual style. Filming took place in Monaco, Cannes, and Paris. The film is scheduled to arrive in French cinemas on 25 November.
