Romeo Santos and Prince Royce score third Latin Airplay No. 1

Romeo Santos and Prince Royce have achieved their third No. 1 single from their collaborative album, ‘Better Late Than Never’, on the Billboard Latin Airplay chart. The track, titled ‘Ay! San Miguel’, rose to the top spot for the week dated September 26 after spending six weeks in the top 10.

According to Luminate, the song recorded 7.2 million audience impressions in the United States during the tracking week ending September 17, representing a 16% increase. This achievement marks Santos’s 25th No. 1 on the Latin Airplay chart, extending his record for the most chart-toppers by a tropical artist, while Royce reaches his 22nd No. 1.

In addition to its success on Latin Airplay, ‘Ay! San Miguel’ has spent seven consecutive weeks at No. 1 on the Tropical Airplay chart. The song also saw a rise on the multi-metric Hot Latin Songs chart, moving from No. 27 to No. 20.
