Romeral inaugurates new community center for Guaico Uno

Authorities in Chile have inaugurated a new community center in Romeral, specifically for the Guaico Uno neighborhood. The project, titled “Construcción Centro Comunitario Junta de Vecinos Guaico Uno”, represents a total investment of $105,326,610 funded through the Urban Improvement Program (PMU).

The 98-square-meter facility includes a multipurpose hall, a kitchen, two bathrooms with universal accessibility, exterior paving, and landscaping. The center is intended to provide a dedicated space for community meetings and activities, serving approximately 813 residents. During its construction, the project generated 11 direct jobs.
