Romy Reiner appears in HBO series following father Rob Reiner’s final role

Actress Romy Reiner has appeared in the final episode of Larry David’s new HBO series, ‘Life, Larry and the Pursuit of Unhappiness.’ In the episode, she portrays a nurse caring for an ill President William Henry Harrison.

Her appearance follows the final screen performance of her late father, filmmaker Rob Reiner, who appeared in the series’ second episode as George Washington. The two roles create a thematic connection between the daughter’s latest work and her father’s final contribution to the screen.

The Reiner family has been in the public eye following the deaths of Rob and Michele Reiner at their Brentwood home last December. Their son, Nick Reiner, has been arrested and charged with two counts of first-degree murder in connection with their deaths. Nick Reiner has pleaded not guilty to the charges.
