The first was a bizarre three‑run shot that deflected off Marlins center fielder Esteury Ruiz and left fielder Heriberto Hernández after the two collided near the wall, allowing the ball to clear the fence.

Acuña added a second solo homer later in the game, bringing his season total to ten. The win marked the Braves' eighth straight victory and completed a three‑game sweep of the Marlins. A rain delay in the fourth inning paused play for over an hour before the Braves resumed their dominance. Pitcher Martín Pérez threw three scoreless innings before the delay, and the bullpen secured the win.
