Ronald Rodríguez joins Al-Najmah SC on loan from Monagas SC

Venezuelan striker Ronald Rodríguez has officially left Monagas SC to join Al-Najmah SC in Saudi Arabia. The 21-year-old forward joins the Saudi First Division League side on a loan deal that runs until June 2027, which includes an option for a permanent purchase at the end of the term.

Rodríguez, a product of the Monagas SC youth academy, established himself as a key offensive player for the Venezuelan club during the 2026 Liga FUTVE season. His performances in domestic play and in Conmebol international competitions drew interest from the Saudi club. Al-Najmah SC aims to use the signing to strengthen its attack as it competes for promotion back to the Saudi Pro League.
