Ronaldo blames Brazil's World Cup loss to Norway on bench decisions and coach

Brazil were eliminated from the World Cup after a 2-1 defeat to Norway in the round of 16. Former striker Ronaldo said the result was rooted in choices made before the match. He criticised coach Carlo Ancelotti for “too many mistakes” from the bench and questioned why forward João Pedro, who had an outstanding season, was omitted from the squad. Ronaldo also said the team failed to utilise young striker Endrick and veteran Vinícius Júnior, adding that both players were under‑used despite their abilities. While acknowledging Norway’s organized play and Erling Haaland’s impact, Ronaldo concluded that Brazil’s own errors sealed the defeat.
