Ronan Keating unmasked on ‘The Masked Singer’
Irish pop star Ronan Keating has been unmasked on the ProSieben musical competition show ‘The Masked Singer’. Performing under the persona ‘Mr. Mic’ in a silver microphone costume, the 49-year-old former Boyzone member was eliminated during the semi-finals after failing to receive enough votes from the panel and audience.
Despite performing his own hit, ‘When You Say Nothing at All’, the celebrity panel—including Verona Pooth, Eko Fresh, and Chris Tall—failed to correctly identify him, with guesses ranging from Mika to Robbie Williams. Keating expressed surprise at the lack of recognition, noting he had even sung his own signature song.
In the same semi-final episode, German comedian Guido Cantz was also unmasked after competing in a fox-moth costume.
