Rondônia advances infrastructure with new bus terminal and road works
Infrastructure projects are advancing in the Brazilian state of Rondônia, focusing on transportation and logistics. In Jaru, the state government and the local municipality have begun construction on a new Interstate Bus Terminal. With an investment exceeding R$ 8 million, the project aims to modernize passenger services with a functional design including boarding areas, commercial spaces, and improved security. During construction, bus services have been moved to a temporary location on Avenida JK.
In Porto Velho, work is progressing on the Porto Novo Access road. Paving has reached three kilometers, with teams currently managing earthworks, base layer execution, and the construction of two bridges. The project, managed by Nova 364, is considered a strategic move to improve regional logistics and enhance the connection between Porto Velho and cargo movement areas.
