Rondonópolis bans DDMIX Terceirizações Eireli from public contracts

The Rondonópolis City Hall, through its Municipal Health Secretariat, has issued an administrative decision to suspend DDMIX Terceirizações Eireli from participating in public tenders and contracting with the administration for a period of two years. This sanction follows a total breach of the contract established in 2022 for administrative and operational support services.

An administrative investigation revealed systematic failure to meet labor obligations and disobedience to inspection orders. The company failed to pay essential wages, transportation vouchers, food allowances, 13th-month salaries, and vacation pay. Furthermore, the company reportedly attempted to link the payment of these labor rights to the receipt of service invoices.

The decision notes that the company confessed to insolvency before a union entity, declaring itself unable to honor terminations and land fund debts. It also identified late FGTS payments for the 2023, 2024, and 2025 periods, which were only addressed following intense pressure from inspectors.
