Rondonópolis launches land regularization program for industrial districts

The municipality of Rondonópolis has launched a program to facilitate land regularization for property owners within its industrial districts. Business owners can now apply through the Municipal Secretariat of Economic Development to expedite the deed process.

Created under the administration of Mayor Cláudio Ferreira, the initiative includes incentives such as exemptions from the Real Estate Transfer Tax (ITBI) for definitive property transfers, as well as the waiver of certain municipal fees and certificates.

To participate, applicants must submit a deed request along with various documents, including CNPJ cards, social contracts, identification for legal representatives, purchase and sale agreements, and proof of possession. Applicants must also provide federal, municipal, and state debt clearance certificates.
