Room00 Group adds two hotels in Rome, aiming for 12 properties within two years

Room00 Group has opened two new hotels in central Rome, bringing its total portfolio in the capital to four properties. One 2,000 m² building will operate under the Room Urban Hostel brand with 50 rooms near the main train station, while a 2,800 m² site near Piazza di Spagna is being refurbished into a 45‑room Letoh hotel. The group says it is currently handling six additional transactions and expects to reach a total of 12 Rome assets within the next two years. Overall, Room00 Group now manages 80 establishments—30 operating, 19 under construction and 31 in pre‑opening phases—comprising more than 4,400 rooms across its four brands, with a target of 200 properties and 15,000 rooms in four years.
