Root Shoot Spirits Launches Limited-Edition Colorado Peach Brandy Whiskey

Root Shoot Spirits announced the release of a limited‑edition Colorado Peach Brandy Cask Finished Single‑Malt Whiskey. The four‑year‑old malt, distilled entirely in Colorado, was finished in casks from Peach Street Distillers that previously held peach brandy. Only 480 bottles were produced, each at 49% ABV and priced at $70.

The whiskey is marketed as a summer sipper with tasting notes that include cobbler, honeyed granola, alpine florals, rich pastry, cocoa dust and spicy botanicals, followed by Palisade peach flavors. It is initially available exclusively in the Colorado market, with plans to sell online through the brand’s website.
