Roots project finds success with nutritional meals in Prague

Roots project, a Prague-based bistro, has found success with its concept of nutritionally balanced meals that provide customers with precise information regarding calorie and protein content. Co-owner Rosie Smolenová developed the concept to offer high-quality, protein-rich options that move beyond standard salad-based healthy eating.

The business has seen significant growth through its partnership with the delivery platform Wolt. Due to the limited physical capacity of their central bistro, online delivery now accounts for approximately half of the company's total sales, allowing them to reach a wider customer base in Prague, including office workers and fitness enthusiasts.
