Roquetas de Mar lighthouse featured on ONCE lottery coupons

The lighthouse of Roquetas de Mar will be featured on a special ONCE daily coupon, with an issuance of five million tickets. This initiative commemorates the 250th anniversary of the town's establishment as an independent municipality, a process that began on September 18, 1776.

The design of the coupon, scheduled for release on September 15, combines the image of the lighthouse with the municipal coat of arms. Local officials, including Mayor Gabriel Amat, presented the design at the 'Casa Anita' Historical Museum, noting that the promotion serves as a significant showcase for the town's tourism, culture, and gastronomy across Spain. The lottery includes a top prize of 500,000 euros.
