Rosa Luxemburg Foundation announces upcoming political conferences
The Rosa Luxemburg Foundation is organizing several upcoming events focused on political and social strategies.
The 32nd International Rosa Luxemburg Conference is scheduled to take place in Berlin on January 9. The conference aims to bring together activists, trade unionists, and peace movement members from German-speaking regions to discuss global shifts, including the economic rise of BRICS nations, conflicts within NATO, and the rise of fascist movements. Topics will include the humanitarian situation in Cuba, anti-militarist youth movements in Germany, and the impact of military rearmament.
Additionally, the Feminist Futures II conference will be held in Bochum from September 25 to 27, 2026. This event will focus on strategies for feminist socialisation, addressing the devaluation of care work, the hierarchical separation of productive and reproductive labor, and the impact of patriarchal and cis-normative structures on FLINTA* individuals.
