Rosa María Villatoro to address cancer myths and misinformation

Oncologist Rosa María Villatoro Roldán will lead a talk and colloquium regarding myths and misinformation surrounding cancer. The event, titled ‘Mitos y bulos sobre el cáncer’, is organized by the Asociación Acompañamiento con Sentido (Acosent).

Scheduled for this Friday at the Centro Cultural ‘Alcalde Antonio Carpio’ in Montilla, the session aims to provide citizens with rigorous, evidence-based information to help them distinguish scientific facts from false promises. Villatoro Roldán, a specialist in Medical Oncology who practices at the Hospital Universitario Costa del Sol and HC Marbella International Hospital, will share her expertise in clinical care and oncological research.
