Rosa Olga Medrano reappointed as president of Dominican Radio Broadcasters Association

The Asociación Dominicana de Radiodifusoras (ADORA) held its ordinary and electoral general assembly on 23 July 2024, kicking off the centennial celebrations for 100 years of Dominican radio. Rosa Olga Medrano was re‑elected president for the 2026‑2028 term.

A new governing council was installed, featuring Roberto Lama (outgoing president), Ricardo Espaillat, Héctor José Torres Vásquez, Johannes Stresse, Marcos Rafael Cepeda, César Omar Liriano and other regional representatives. The assembly began with a mass at Santo Domingo Cathedral officiated by Monseñor Carlos Tomás Morel Diplán. ADORA announced that the official centennial events will take place on 12‑13 October 2026.
