Rosalía performs sensory ‘Lux Tour’ show in Rio de Janeiro

Spanish singer Rosalía performed the first of two scheduled shows for her ‘Lux Tour’ at the Farmasi Arena in Rio de Janeiro. The production is described as a highly theatrical and sensory experience, blending elements of lyrical singing, ballet, and religious symbolism to support her fourth studio album, ‘Lux’. The performance featured a live orchestra and a stage design incorporating large LED panels and a cross-shaped structure.

During the event, Brazilian singer Marina Sena participated in the tour’s ‘confessionário’ segment, becoming the first Brazilian to do so. Sena shared a personal anecdote regarding a past open relationship, prompting a witty response from Rosalía.

The concert attracted numerous Brazilian celebrities, including Letícia Colin, Flávia Alessandra, and Pabllo Vittar. Rosalía also interacted with the local crowd by speaking in Portuguese and expressing her desire to eat traditional Brazilian foods like pão de queijo and feijoada.
