Rosalía to receive 2026 Billboard Hall of Fame Award
Spanish singer Rosalía will be honored with the 2026 Billboard Hall of Fame Award at the Billboard Latin Music Awards. The ceremony is scheduled for October 22 at the James L. Knight Center in Miami.
Telemundo and Billboard announced the recognition, citing her “extraordinary career defined by musical innovation, a unique artistic vision, and an influence that has transcended genres, languages, and borders.” The award highlights her global impact and her ability to reshape musical traditions, such as her reimagining of flamenco in the album ‘El Mal Querer’.
Rosalía’s recent commercial success includes her 2025 album ‘Lux’, which debuted at number four on the Billboard 200 and achieved five number-one spots on various Billboard charts. Her previous work, ‘Motomami’, also marked a significant milestone by entering the Billboard 200. In addition to the Hall of Fame honor, she is a finalist for six other awards at the upcoming ceremony.
