Rosario, Argentina sees three separate shootings linked to robberies

Three young people were shot in different parts of Rosario over the weekend and early Monday. In the south‑west, a 35‑year‑old man was wounded in the leg while resisting a bicycle theft at Siracusa and Pineda. In the west, an 18‑year‑old suffered a superficial wound to his right shoulder after intervening to stop two assailants from stealing his brother’s motorcycle near Ocampo and Solís. In Cerrillos, a 24‑year‑old Colombian was shot in the hand when lenders confronted him over an unpaid debt.

All victims received medical treatment and were reported to be out of danger. Police have seized shell casings, opened camera investigations and are pursuing leads to identify the gunmen responsible for the coordinated armed attacks.
