Rosario Central approves financial reports and forms electoral commission
Rosario Central held two general assemblies at the Cruce Alberdi branch, where members unanimously approved the club's annual report and financial balance for the period from July 1, 2025, to June 30, 2026. During the session, President Gonzalo Belloso reviewed his four-year administration, while Vice President Carolina Cristinziano and Treasurer Walter Buhler presented institutional progress and financial data.
The financial report indicated a surplus for the period, although accumulated liabilities increased. Key figures disclosed include a membership of 112,531 as of June, a professional squad valuation of $63 million, and over $13 million invested in infrastructure works over the last four years. Additionally, participation in the 2026 Copa Libertadores generated $5.6 million for the club.
Following the financial approval, the assembly unanimously established the Electoral Commission to oversee upcoming elections, which are expected to conclude by December 20. The commission consists of legal professionals: Gustavo Manuel Battagliotti, Alfredo Manuel Götzl, and Aylen Gimena López as titular members, with Octavio José Luis Lioi, Gustavo Fernando Chandia, and Julieta Gallego serving as alternates.
