Rosario explores Chinatown hub and new tech innovation center

Rosario is considering two distinct initiatives aimed at revitalizing its urban and economic landscape. One proposal involves creating a Chinatown-inspired commercial and tourist hub in the city center. This project, initiated by businessman Lucio Di Santo, seeks to concentrate gastronomic venues, bazaars, and services related to Chinese culture in a specific area to combat commercial decline and vacant storefronts in the downtown district.

Simultaneously, the Bolsa de Comercio de Rosario is moving forward with a project to convert over 500 square meters of its historic building into a new innovation center. This space is designed to host startups, developers, and companies specializing in artificial intelligence. The goal is to bridge the gap between technological innovation and practical business applications, allowing member companies to implement AI solutions for automating repetitive tasks and optimizing operations.
