Rosario launches educational tourism program at National Flag Monument

The Municipality of Rosario has launched a new educational tourism program titled ‘Sí, prometo. Mi bandera, mi orgullo’ (Yes, I promise. My flag, my pride). The initiative aims to promote the city as a premier destination for significant school milestones.

On Wednesday, August 12, more than 1,000 children will gather at the National Flag Monument for the first session of Flag Loyalty Oath ceremonies. The event features a historical reenactment involving the figures of General Manuel Belgrano and Catalina Echevarría, followed by a musical performance.

While primarily aimed at fourth-grade students, the program is open to primary, secondary, and tertiary delegations. Following the June celebrations which hosted over 30,000 students, this second phase extends the opportunity to educational institutions that could not participate earlier. An additional session is scheduled for October 14.
