Rose Frost prepares for Precision Rifle Series National Finale

Rose Frost, a computer security professional living in Lone Butte, is preparing for the Precision Rifle Series National Finale in Tennessee, scheduled for October 16-18. Over the past three years, Frost has dedicated at least 20 hours per week to practicing rimfire precision shooting at various locations, including the Lone Butte Fish and Wildlife Association and the Forest Grove Rod and Gun Club.

Originally from the United Kingdom and having previously served in the British Army Reserves, Frost moved to the Cariboo region to pursue a rural lifestyle. To improve her marksmanship for ethical hunting and competition, she utilized training from Project Mapleseed, a volunteer group providing firearms fundamentals across Canada.
