For roses, using fertilizers high in potassium and phosphorus instead of nitrogen can encourage budding and strengthen tissues. For raspberries, avoiding nitrogen in September helps prevent frost-sensitive new growth. Additionally, protecting balcony plants from winter frost and wind is essential for their survival in the Polish climate.
