Rosebud and Langwarrin advance in MPFNL finals

In the MPFNL Men’s Division One second round of finals, Rosebud secured a spot in the grand final by defeating Dromana with a final score of 7. 9 (51) to 5. 8 (38). Although Dromana led by ten points at halftime, Rosebud took the lead in the third quarter and maintained it through the final term.

In another Division One match, Langwarrin defeated Mt Eliza by five points, finishing 12. 16 (88) to 12. 11 (83). Despite Mt Eliza briefly taking a one-point lead in the final quarter, Langwarrin regained control to win. Langwarrin will face Dromana in the preliminary final, while Mt Eliza has been eliminated.

In Men’s Division Two, Red Hill won their preliminary final against the Frankston Bombers to book a place in the grand final.
