Rosemary essential oil promoted for hair and scalp health

Rosemary essential oil is highlighted as a natural remedy for stronger, fuller hair. The oil is said to stimulate microcirculation in the scalp, improve blood flow to hair follicles, and provide purifying and antioxidant effects. Regular use is claimed to reduce temporary hair loss, regulate sebum production for oily or dandruff‑prone scalps, and strengthen hair fibers against heat, styling tools and chemical treatments. Recent studies are cited as suggesting the oil may promote natural hair growth, making hair appear thicker and healthier.

The articles advise diluting 2‑3 drops of the pure essential oil in a carrier such as jojoba, sweet almond or argan oil before a scalp massage of about five minutes, adding a few drops to shampoo, or mixing it into a moisturizing mask for a pre‑shampoo treatment. The content is presented in collaboration with the cosmetics retailer Notino.
