Rosenheim-Cops returns for 26th season with high ratings and sold-out fan event

The ZDF crime series ‘Die Rosenheim-Cops’ has returned for its 26th season, drawing significant viewership despite changes in the cast. The season premiere, titled ‘Tod im Tiny House’, attracted 3.67 million viewers, representing a 19.2 percent market share. While the show ranked as the third strongest TV format of the day, interest among the 14 to 49 age demographic was notably lower, with only 0.12 million viewers.

In conjunction with the new season, a fan day scheduled for October 10, 2026, at the Bavaria Filmstadt in Grünwald near Munich has caused frustration among enthusiasts. All 400 available tickets, priced at 65 euros each, sold out within ten minutes of being released via Eventim Light. Many fans reported difficulties with the booking system and expressed disappointment on social media after being unable to secure spots for the autograph sessions and studio tours.
