Rosenheim healthcare network celebrates ten years

The Gesundheitsregionplus network for the city and district of Rosenheim is celebrating ten years of operation. Established in 2016 following funding from the Bavarian State Ministry for Health, Care and Prevention, the initiative aims to develop healthcare, nursing, prevention, and health promotion by pooling the expertise of various regional actors.

To mark its tenth anniversary, the network is expanding to include the City of Rosenheim as a formal partner alongside the Rosenheim District. This integration aims to strengthen cooperation, recognizing that health issues and the living conditions of citizens transcend municipal boundaries. District Administrator Otto Lederer and Mayor Abuzar Erdogan emphasized that this unified approach provides a foundation for addressing future regional health challenges.
