Roseto degli Abruzzi approves sale of gas networks
The Roseto degli Abruzzi City Council has approved two resolutions regarding the sale of local gas distribution networks and the management of municipal assets.
Following a technical report by Advisor R3, the council established a reimbursement value of 6,151,000 euros for the outgoing manager. This figure differs from the manager's request of 6.8 million euros; consequently, the final decision on this matter will be referred to the regulatory authority, ARERA.
The second resolution involves the recognition of the municipal assets' value, setting a residual industrial value of 371,000 euros as the auction base for the sale of municipal-owned plants through the ATEM Teramo framework.
