ROSHN Group and Cognita advance King’s College Riyadh project

ROSHN Group, a real estate developer owned by Saudi Arabia’s Public Investment Fund, and the global education group Cognita have reached a milestone in their partnership to establish King’s College Riyadh. The new campus will be located within the SEDRA community in north Riyadh.

The project aims to support Saudi Vision 2030 by focusing on human capability development. The school is designed to provide a British education that integrates international standards with Saudi culture and identity. The campus is scheduled to welcome its founding students in August 2027.
