Rosie O'Donnell discusses friendship with Trump supporter Wynonna Judd

Comedian Rosie O'Donnell has discussed maintaining a close friendship with country singer Wynonna Judd despite their differing political views. During an appearance on ‘The Tangle with Kyle Ridley’ podcast, O'Donnell noted that Judd is the only person in her inner circle who supports Donald Trump.

O'Donnell explained that she chooses to set aside political disagreements with Judd, citing the singer’s difficult personal history and the loss of her mother, Naomi Judd, to suicide in 2022. O'Donnell stated, “I really love her and I care about her, and — for some reason — I’m able to put that aside when we interact.”

While expressing support for the friendship, O'Donnell remained highly critical of Donald Trump, describing him as a “dark spirit” and criticizing his character and behavior.
