Rosol Wahid receives apology over doctored bridal gown image

A Threads user has issued an apology to Hulu Terengganu MP Rosol Wahid after uploading a doctored image of him. The manipulated photo depicted the Member of Parliament in a white bridal gown while in the Dewan Rakyat.

Nur Mushawwir Hrsikesa Thaitchana Muruthi, a former Penang PKR youth leader, stated he would delete the post and apologize. He noted that he is no longer active in politics. Rosol Wahid had previously threatened legal action, stating the act was intended to humiliate him and damage his reputation as a Muslim and an MP.
