Rostock Seawolves lose to Le Mans Sarthe Basket in BKT EuroCup

The Rostock Seawolves fell short of their first away victory in the BKT EuroCup, losing 70-82 to the French side Le Mans Sarthe Basket. Despite a late rally in the fourth quarter that saw the team attempt a 23-point comeback, the deficit proved too large to overcome.

TJ Crockett Jr. and Zach Copeland led the scoring for Rostock with a combined 40 points. The Seawolves faced challenges throughout the match, including a depleted rotation due to illnesses affecting Bent Leuchten and Elias Baggette. Coach Przemyslaw Frasunkiewicz attributed the halftime deficit to ten turnovers and missed opportunities near the basket. Following the loss, the Seawolves sit in seventh place in Group A.
