Roswell Park named to Forbes best employer lists

Roswell Park Comprehensive Cancer Center has been recognized by Forbes in two major rankings: America’s Best Employers for Women and America’s Best In-State Employers. The rankings were conducted in collaboration with market research firm Statista.

For the Best Employers for Women list, which included surveys of over 146,000 women, Roswell Park was the only healthcare organization from Western New York to be included among the 700 companies listed. The evaluation criteria included pay equity, career development, parental leave, work-life balance, and the management of discrimination or sexual misconduct incidents.

In the Best Employers by State category, Roswell Park was ranked as the top healthcare organization in New York and placed within the top 15 among all employers in the state. This marks the fifth consecutive year the institution has appeared on this list. The state-level ranking was based on surveys of more than 245,000 employees regarding wages, benefits, management style, and company reputation.
